TRANSLATION COMMITTEE
The CACCC Translation Committee, chaired by Julie Yang, has increased the availability of end of life materials in Chinese by creating original Chinese materials and translating existing English forms, including the Advanced Health Care Directive, the California Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST) form, and numerous educational materials. These materials have been distributed to thousands of Chinese Americans at presentations, trainings, and community events, by the CACCC, by CACCC partner agencies, and on our website.
